NHS Self Help Leaflets

I have used a number of NHS Self Help leaflets as part of my therapy sessions. These ones are written by Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust and are really informative and easy to read. In particular, the Stress, Anxiety, Controlling Anger, Sleep Problems, Panic, Depression, Depression & Low Mood, and Shyness & Social Anxiety.  However, there are many others available that may be of use to you. Leaflets are provided in video, audio & PDF formats, as well as hard copies to purchase.
