Hi! Welcome to Relaxation Is Who You Are. For those of you who are new to my page, I’m Donna Olivia; wife, daughter, mother of two, holistic therapist, arts & craft enthusiast, beginner yogi and eternal student.
Having experienced the effects of depression & anxiety, I decided to start this blog as a way of documenting my exploration into relieving stress & tension. I would love for you to join me on this journey as I share different aspects of relaxation and the benefits it can have on the mind, body & soul.

Relaxation means many different things to many different people. It encompasses such a huge variety of different methods, activities & techniques and what works for one person may not work for another. So while I’ll be sharing my own individual research and what I have personally found useful here on this page, I would love to hear from you too.
